Section 23 Relief is available to investors acquiring apartments in Bastion Court which will enable them to offset 100% of the construction cost of the apartment against all Irish source rental income.


OWNER OCCUPIERS

Owner / Occupiers can off-set 50% of the construction cost of the apartment against all income, including PAYE at 5% per annum over 10 years.
